The Metcalfe Fair is providing youth exhibitors the opportunity to showcase their cattle in a safe environment for our exhibitors, staff and volunteers. This is an extra-special agricultural event to promote their involvement in the business of raising cattle during these extraordinary times.
There is no need to travel: this competition will be held by video right on your farm. The idea is to prepare your heifer and/or steer as you would for a traditional show and present it on video. You and your heifer and/or steer will be judged by an official judge, and prizes will be awarded. To learn more about this year's show, including classes and how to enter, read our Metcalfe Fair Open Junior Beef Show Rules and Guidelines document. |
